Services

Two kinds of jobsite. One standard.

Whether it is a 4,000 square foot custom home in Victor or a laboratory wing in Hamilton, the contractor gets the same thing: a building that is clean enough to hand over keys.

Residential

New home & custom home final cleans

Rough clean, final clean and touch-up before the homeowner walkthrough. Careful handling of limestone, marble, copper, unlacquered brass, wide-plank wood and specialty glass.

How we work

Three phases, in the order the building needs them.

Phase 1

Rough clean

After drywall and before finish trades. Debris out, floors scraped and vacuumed, stickers and overspray noted. Gives painters and flooring crews a clean slate.

Phase 2

Final clean

Every surface, inside every cabinet, every window track and light fixture. Construction dust removed from ledges, door tops and registers where it hides and resettles.

Phase 3

Touch-up & walkthrough

After punch-list trades leave their footprints. We re-clean, then walk the building with our flag list so the contractor hands over a finished space.

Why contractors keep calling

We flag what we find. The contractor fixes it before the homeowner sees it.

Twenty years of final cleans means we know what a missed paint touch-up, a scratched pane or a loose trim piece looks like from across the room. We tape it, number it and leave a written list. The builder gets a better walkthrough.

  • Specialty materials handled with the right products: limestone, honed marble, copper, zinc, brass, soapstone, oiled wood
  • Paint overspray, grout haze, drywall dust and sticker adhesive removed without scratching
  • Scheduling that fits the trades, not the other way around
  • Insured, consistent crew that has been on jobsites since 2002

What builders say

Trusted by Bitterroot Valley builders

"Valerie's crew is the last trade on every house we build. The flag list alone has saved us more than one awkward walkthrough."

Custom home builder, Hamilton

"They worked around three inspections and a late flooring crew without a single complaint, and the building was spotless on turnover day."

General contractor, Missoula

"We have a limestone island and a copper sink. They knew exactly what not to put on either one. Our builder said we got lucky. We did."
